1. How can I request information on items and when will my request for a quote be processed?

The product details pages include a button that will open an Inquiry Form. You can enter your contact info plus any questions and comments regarding the product in this form. Your request for a quote will be sent by e-mail directly to our sales consultant, who will immediately start processing it. We will always try to process any requests as quickly as possible, and even for the most complex inquiries, the maximum processing time should not exceed 2-3 days. If you would like to follow-up, just use our call-back service or send an e-mail to, or you may select your representative in the Contact & Service section. If you already received a quote, any information regarding further processing will be listed on the Quote Form.

2. How can I get a demo appointment?

We look forward to an opportunity to demonstrate our machines to you at our facilities. Please contact your representative and try to make an appointment with at least 3 days' notice. Short-term appointments cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to get any short-term demos organized as well. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

3. Can I see the machine in action?

We will be glad to give you some reference addresses in your region, where you can see the machines you are interested in action. Please ask your representative or note your request in your inquiry.

4. Can I receive consultation on site at my facilities?
